Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At Day To Day Cleaners LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services with professionalism and attention to detail. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every service we provide.

However, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, we stand by our work by offering unlimited recleans until you are satisfied with the service.

By booking and using our services, all customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Satisfaction Policy.

Our Reclean Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, we will return and reclean the specific areas of concern under the following conditions:

  1. Concerns Must Be Reported Within 7 Days
    Any issues must be reported to us within 7 days of the service completion.
    Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a reclean, as the property’s condition may have changed over time.
  2. Unlimited Recleans
    We offer unlimited recleans until you are satisfied with the service.
    Each reclean will be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe based on our availability.
  3. Evidence & Specific Feedback Required
    Customers must provide specific details about the areas requiring attention.
    Photos are encouraged to help us assess the concern and ensure a proper reclean.
  4. Recleans Cover Only the Reported Areas
    The reclean applies only to the areas originally cleaned and found unsatisfactory.
    Additional cleaning outside the original service scope is not included.
  5. No Refunds or Monetary Compensation
    A reclean is the only resolution we provide for service concerns.
    We do not issue refunds, discounts, or financial compensation of any kind.
  6. Property Must Remain in the Same Condition
    The property must remain unchanged since the original cleaning.
    If another cleaning service or individual has attempted to clean the space, our reclean policy becomes void.
  7. Recleans Must Be Scheduled Promptly
    If a reclean is approved, it must be scheduled within 48 hours of approval.
    We will arrange a convenient time based on our availability.

Permanent Stains & Non-Removable Marks

Our team will always do its best to remove dirt, grime, and stains. However, please note the following:

❌ We are not responsible for permanent stains, discoloration, or marks that cannot be removed with standard cleaning products and techniques.

❌ If a stain is deeply embedded, damaged by previous cleaning attempts, or caused by permanent substances (e.g., bleach stains, ink, rust, or set-in mold), we cannot guarantee its removal.

❌ Scratches, scuffs, or worn-out surfaces cannot be “cleaned” as they are physical damage, not dirt.

If we identify stains or damage that cannot be cleaned, we will inform you and advise on possible solutions, such as professional stain treatments or repairs.

Customer Agreement & Policy Acknowledgment

By using our services, all customers acknowledge and agree to our Refund & Satisfaction Policy. Booking a service with Day To Day Cleaners LTD means you understand that:

✔️ We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
✔️ Our only resolution for service concerns is an unlimited reclean until satisfaction is met.
✔️ You must report any concerns within 7 days of service completion.
✔️ The original cleaning scope applies—additional services require a new booking.
✔️ Our team must be allowed to return and rectify the issue before further action is taken.
✔️ We are not responsible for permanent stains, discoloration, or damage that cannot be cleaned.

Failure to comply with these terms means we are unable to offer recleaning services or further assistance.
